The Lokmat MahaMarathon Season 10 – Pune is scheduled for Sunday, 14 February 2027, at Savitribai Phule Pune University Cricket Ground, Ganeshkhind, Pune, Maharashtra. Organised by Lokmat Media Pvt. Ltd., this 10th edition brings together professional athletes, recreational runners and fitness enthusiasts to celebrate health, endurance and community spirit. With four race categories, the event welcomes participants of different fitness levels to experience the excitement of running in Pune.

TIMING & RESULTS

The 21K Half Marathon and 10K Power Run are chip-timed events. The 5K Fun Run and 3K Family Run are non-timed participation events.

Timing chips will be provided to 21K and 10K participants. The runner kit for these categories includes a T-shirt, timing chip, goodie bag, medal, finisher e-certificate and breakfast. The 5K and 3K categories include a T-shirt, goodie bag, medal, breakfast and e-certificate.

AGE CATEGORIES

21K Half Marathon: 18 Years and Above
10K Power Run: 16 Years and Above
5K Fun Run: 14 Years and Above
3K Family Run: 12 Years and Above

For the 21K and 10K categories, age-group classifications include:

Open Category: 18–35 Years
Neo Veteran Category: 36–45 Years
Veteran Category: 46 Years and Above

A minimum of 10 participants is required in each age category. If this minimum is not met, participants may be shifted to an alternate category while remaining eligible for prizes.

BIB & KIT COLLECTION

Participants must collect their runner kits one day before the event. Final collection instructions will be shared through email or SMS.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Participants aged 12 years and above can participate according to the minimum age requirements of their selected category. Participants below 18 years must be accompanied by an adult where required by the event rules. The event welcomes professional runners, amateur athletes, beginners, families and fitness enthusiasts. Participants should be physically fit and adequately trained for their chosen distance.
