Vrukshathon Half Marathon 2026

Experience the perfect harmony of fitness and environmental stewardship at the 5th edition of the Vrukshathon Half Marathon. Organised by Fitness First India in collaboration with the Pune Forest and Police Departments, this premier running event in Pune offers athletes a unique opportunity to contribute to a greener future. Every participant receives an indigenous tree sapling, and those who nurture their trees can even earn free entry for the following year! ​

21k Eco-Endurance (Half Marathon): 5:00 AM ​

•Competitive timed run for seasoned athletes (Minimum age: 18). ​

10k The Green Sprint: 5:30 AM ​

•Competitive timed run for speed and stamina (Minimum age: 18). ​

5k Nature’s Dream Run: 5:50 AM ​

•Community run perfect for fitness enthusiasts and beginners.

 ​3k Fun Walk: 5:50 AM ​

•Dedicated track for kids, senior citizens, and families. ​

The Vrukshathon Nursery Initiative ​Vrukshathon is more than just a race; it is a movement. For runners who lack the space to plant their gifted sapling, the Pune Forest Department has established the Vrukshathon Nursery. Your tree will be planted and cared for by professionals, creating a living legacy of your participation that you can visit anytime in the city. ​
